Mold remediation in McAllen, Texas

SERVPRO of  McAllen performed a visual inspection in the McAllen area. The plumber was fixing a leak of water behind the cabinet of the Master bath and found a suspicious discoloration q apparently believed to be mold.

Our technicians checked and saw that several walls around the source and sink cabinet were affected.

We proceeded to make all the preparations for the mitigation, beginning with the containment of the affected rooms;  An air scrubber with HEPA filter was installed to clean the air of any particles that could remain in the environment.

We began the removal and disposal of all the affected materials, applied an antimicrobial solution and clean (wipe down with solution) of all the walls that remained, the air filtration system stayed running for several days until we were sure of not Cause cross contamination in the rest of the house.

After 5 days of work the residence was  free of contamination in the area that was mitigated.
